Located in Northern Bergen County, this unique location is a non-smoking facility with easy access to outdoors. We are perfect for any private DIY (do it yourself). Event such as receptions, luncheons, dinners, birthdays, grad parties, communion/confirmation, etc. where you chose your own caterer, florist, dj, etc. We feature a 30 ft by 60 ft room which houses a stage with a dressing room, full kitchen, and bar station. Tables (60 inch round and 8 ft rectangular banquet) and padded, folding chairs are provided at no additional charge. The room accommodates between 120-125 guests with a dance floor area. There is onsite parking for our guests. There is a large coat closet, men's room, and women's room.
Rental contracts cover 4 hours of party time plus setup and breakdown time. Our custodian/security guard sets up tables and chairs in accordance to your headcount. A handicap ramp is available upon request.
Rental fee (4 hour party) = $600
Refundable security deposit = $300 (if there's no property damage, it is fully refunded back to you)
Extra party hour = $150
Cancellation fee = $300 (if the event is cancelled for ANY reason, there's a $300 nonrefundable cancellation fee)

The rental fee and security deposit are both required upon signing of the contract.
